Registration of FIR

Gandhinagar (Gujarat) police is not registering FIR for cheating & fraud case. I had given application to police with all the evidence against accused on 30/10/2017. Police accepted my application but refused to give acknowledgement of the same. Pls help what should I do. Thank you.

Bring that notice to the higher officials like D.G.P. or police commissioner.

In addition to this if no response is received from D. G. P OR COMMISSIONER then go for a private complaint in court

You can follow the advice of Adv Rama Achary. Alternatively you can give a complaint to the local magistrate to order the police. Last you can file a writ of mandamus in the High Court.
