i have flat in pune... i have paid stamp duty in 1995 under amnesty scheme.. bur i forgot to register the document.. builder is now ready to come for registration.. can i register it now. and and registration charges to be paid at what rate ?[ at 1995 or 2012 rate ]
some one told me that u will have to pay stamp duty again at current rate and then register the flat .. is it true.../
