I purchase one property in maharashtra in year 2008 from Bank. The said property was foreclosed by bank from earlier owner against securatization act. The bank gave me sale certificate in 2008 of which I paid stamp duty by the ready recknor rate of that time.
But at the time of registration, there was some issue and registrar told me to get NOC from city survey office for B tenure.
I get NOC in 2015. Now i approach registrar for registration of document, but he says that stamp duty has been in 2008 and now we need to pay additional stamp duty as per 2015 ready recknor rate, which is way too high.
what is solution in this case?
