NORMALLY IN PARTNERSHIP FIRMS WHEN EVER ONE PARTNER RETIRES THE PARTNERSHIP IS RE CONSITITUTED AND A DEED IS AGREED AND SIGNED BY ALL PARTNERS

1. IS A NEWSPAPER AD MANDATORY
2. REGISTERING THE RECONSITITUTED DEED WITH REGISTRAR OF FIRMS & OBTAINING A TRUE EXTRACT OF THE ADDITION / DELETION ,- MANDATORY

1. If any active patner is getting retired then public notice is mandatory.
2. Since the registration of the firm itself is not mandatory, then reconstituion of the same can not be so. If the firm is already registered then the reconstituion is to be notified with the Registrar.

Continuing on this I am looking for specific clause no/ rule - that specifies the requirement of 1. news paper ad 2. re-registration - for the firms which are already registered with the registrar of firms / companies
