We have 4 floors in Delhi belonging to the family (father + paternal). Few years back, we got a builder to reconstruct the building and sold a floor to them. Our grandfather, in his will, has mentioned which floor belongs to whom but there is no official registry done for each owner.
1. If we want to register our floor, how do we proceed? Can we register one floor only? The remaining two may not agree because of the cost involved.
2. What's the process and the price?
3. If we want to sell the floor in future (without the individual registry), will there be issues or will the price drop? What will be the process then?
