Regularisation of Outsource employment

Hai everbody, we are working in a government organisation since 08 years as outsource employees. Is there any scope for regularation of our services.  Pls suggests us.

The question cannot be answered without further details. Prima facie regularization of contract workers is not possible after the orders of the Constitution Bench of the Apex Court in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka Vs. Uma Devi and others dated 10.4.2006
