Dear All, Please inform : What is the laws relating to regularisation of service of school teachers in Air Force School? Can a teacher be deprived of the benefits enjoyed by regular teachers even after putting regular service since five years? Does the NTT teachers in Air Force School be deprived of this benifits such as Pay Commision / Gratuty/ Pension / Medical / Earn Leave etc. Regards Partho Bhattacharya |

basic conception of regularisation of service is that no regularisation be made unless there exists any scheme of regularisation. however, you may go though the judgments of Supreme Court in re State of Karnatka Vs Uma Devi and U.P.S.E.B vs. Pooran Chandra Pandey in in this regards.
