related to house property

I m having a house in mumbai. it was developed by a builder having a land in another person name. on which already a chawl was there which is razed by the developer n rebuild it. while preparing a agreement builder n land owner go with only one agreement on which all 5 owners signature affix along with developer n land owner. in agreement my father name n sign was there . now I want to transfer the property in my name . what is the procedure.

At the time of registration of the sale deed, your name may be added if your father agrees to it.  But only one agreement with the builder, landowner, and the other persons who said to be the owners is not valid in my view.
