Practice in the court under Senior Advocates, court permits to allow to practice,

Dear querist,

Until you became the member of advocate's bar associety you cannot practice as advocate in court.

1. You will not be able to practice until you have a LLB degree and a "certificate of practice" from the local district /state bar council.

2. However, you can prefer to join as a "intern" with any senior advocate /law firm (without being advocate on record), while completing 3rd year law school.
