Dear Sir,
Total 7 daughters given 'release deed' to her mother (to change the property owner name from her father [passed away] to mother [live]), in turn and later, mother given 'gift deed' to only one daughter without other 6 daughters - no compensation nor gift deed information to these daughters.
Since, this is little serious, how to get back their rights by the other 6 daughters. Is it possible to cancel the release deed that given to mother? So, that all release deed and gift deed can be cancelled?
