sir,
my mother has signed a release deed without considaration in favour of her brother nine years back who had assured her oraly to give her share when the property is sold , now he is denying . can we cancell the release deed or can we get stay order on the sale procedings

No you can not cancel the Release deed and you can not get stay order also on that document. The release deed was executed nine years ago, your mother was aware about that from the first day, that what she had done. Now she can not claim any right on that property.
