Relief u/s 23a hma

Relief U/s 23A HMA Sir, My wife lives in Jaipur and I am settled and was married in Delhi. Wife first filed a petition u/s 13 cruelty. Subsequently we filed petition u/s 13(B) HMA jointly. But after getting her all the streedhan, she filed a false 498a.The case got disposed u/s 153(3) CRPC by the court. Now she has filed a fresh petition u/s 13 HMA o/a of Cruelty. Can I get Relief U/s 23A HMA to transfer the case from Jaipur to Delhi o/a of false case of 498a done by her amounting cruelty
