Relinquish

Hello Sir's
My Father, who is 82 years old. His grandfather's property is being divided among four brothers.

Last 15 years, this property was managed by his brother and remained in their Fathers name. In these 15 years, there seem to be some transactions related to these properties that my father was not properly informed of. All the proceeds of such transactions were shared among the brothers, but a kind of suspicion always existed. He is not interested in fighting over these anomalies that as come to light.

The KATHA's are still in the name of his Father. Now needs to be transferred into their names (Father and Brother).

So, my Father doesn't want the remaining property. He wants to relinquish the same. We his children are supporting his wish and we also want to relinquish that property.

But, his brother is challenging him, is forcing him, arguing with him, to take the property that belongs to him in his name. My Father refuses to register the property in his name.

What is the "Legal Option(s)" available for my Father to relinquish his grandfather's property and doesn't want the same to be transferred & registered into his name?

This is rare case.

Everybody wants property and here nobody wants it.

without his consent, even SC cant register property in his name.
