Dear Friends / Experts,
I want to know the core requirements, care to be taken by me, and legal procedure with regards to remove or Disqualify Municipal Councillor (Nargarsevak) from his post in Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (BMC).
The Municipal Councillor in our ward is indulging in improprieties and has been supporting many Unauthorized and Illegal activities in the Constituency with his interest vested in it. I have already filed this matter with Municipal Commissioner and already complaint about this matter with all concerned departments of the BMC.
Thus I hereby request you to Guide me in this matter. Reply is awaited from you all.
