Dear Sir,
I letout my terrace to a private tower company. Lease period terminates on 15.02.2012. Rent has been paid upto lease period as mentioned. But the fact is concrete elevation ( techincally base unit, size 3' X 3' full of concerete, used to errect tower to support tower weight) is not demiloshed by lessee till date. So i have not refunded the advance till date. As on today morning lessee assured to demolish the Base Unit and demands for full advance refund.
My query:
1) am i eligible to claim minimum rent for Base Unit from 16.02.2012 to till date.
