Hi,
I gave advance 30000 for a house in chennai. The owner agrred to give the documents when I get in to the house . i was also told I can go to the house in a week, But after a week owner said I had to wait for 20 days , As i needed the house immediately, I said no I asked him my advance back. But he refused to give full amount .
The thing is as I was not given document for 30000. Ihow can I proceed in this. Please help. he is saying he will give only 20000 thousand.
