Rental arrear recovery

I got eviction notice to evict a tenant who did not paid rent for 22 months. After the eviction notice was served, he ran away from the house and after complaining to police, we took the pocession of the house. I also got the arrear payment order for the 22month rent. Since I do not not where he lived, i cannot serve the arrear payment notice and after one year, now I came to know his residence location.

What legal option do I have to collect the rental arrears?
