hi i am renting a shop in rajasthan from last 30 years and paying the rent cash and the land lord was his family was having a disputes together...but now they won..and the rent was low becuase we constructed the shop in 1992 and invested 80000 rupees ...and that time the rent was low..but now 3 years ago we have increased a rent more than as it wasnow its approx 3000 rupees..but the owner of the shop now direct want high rent what should we dp please suggest we was paying by check from last few years..and every year we increase the rent by 5 %
