Reply or rejoinder after ws of defendants

I have filed a plaint in Mumbai city civil court against my brother and his wife for evacuation. They have filed their written statements. Should I file rejoinder or reply? My advocate say no rejoinder necessary. We would argument. Other say if you do no, then it means that u are accepting their allegations and you have to deny all in your reply Plz suggest

Mr. Ismail, your advocate well known to the facts of case and w s filled by the respondents, however the rejoinder is must to rebut the claim/allegation raised therein written statement

Thanks Sir,

My lawyer says we will cover these in argument. Though I am not convinced as one of my friend suggested the same as you. Would it be named as rejoinder or written argument.?

No, It's rejoinder.

Plaint followed by WS followed by Rejoinder by plaintiff.
