Required Details Regarding 9th Schedule

Hi All, This is charan from chennai and currently pursuing LLB first year in AP and i have given my first sem exams in that i got few doubts 1) Whether preamble is part of our constitution or not, because in berubari case the decree is given as it not part of constitution and in the D S Nakara case the decree is given as the preamble is part of our constitution so which is correct 2) According to the 9th schedule what ever amendments brought under this, even judiciary is also not having any powers to question it. In such cases what are criteria’s and what basis this 9th schedule will be implemented Kindly clarify me with the details at the earliest. Thanks in advance. Regards, Charan Kedar.C.
