I purchased a land and constructed a house recently. The government came and demolished my house stating that the land belongs to FTL land. And the owner of the land from whom I purchased is holding this land from many years. He purchased the land from an ex-servicemen. This land is actually allocated to that ex-serviceman some 40-50 years back. What government is claiming that all these documents are fake and fabricated from these past 40-50years. Originally this land is a "shikam" land.
we have all permissions from government and even the house registration is also completed. Currently some writ petetions already exists in the high court.
Can anyone working in High court could take up the case.
This is the WP no "WP 19707/2015"---Got stay order from high court before demolition. But still they demolished. So I want to file a contempt case on government.(WPMP 25445/2015).
