It's been nearly 2 years that my case has been reserved for judgement at high court Telangana.The Honourable judge again and again assures us to give judgement but keep on postponing the verdict.What could be the reason?What is the remedy?Now it's been 2 years we can't even release the case after waiting for these many days?what will happen if judge is transferred to other courts?

The Supreme Court stated that if the judgment is not delivered within 6 months after reserving it, then it should be assigned to another bench for fresh hearing, and not to the same bench
