We have Formed an NGO an 8months ago under "THE KARNATAKA SOCIETIES REGISTRATION ACT, 1960."
I was the founder secretary , but due internal issue in the commiitee i would like to quit from the organisation.
The Society consists of 7 member as Founder member including me , no election's were held until now.
Below are my queries
1. What are the producres of resignation ???
2. Will the NGO be dissolved after my resignation??
3. what are my liability and Rights after Resignation ???
