I wanted to know if the resolution passed in the previous AGM if not executed , will it be carried forward to next AGM or stands cancelled if not discussed in the next AGM. This question is related to Apartment association AGM resolution. I am from Karnataka

The resolution adopted by AGM do not die at its own death with passage of time or next AGM, rather it is alive to be taken up
However, apartment ownership association is a volutary organisation where earlier resolution may not be pressed further.

The AGM is not just meant for adopting resolutions. Scrutiny of the implementation of the past resolutions is equally important aspect.
