U R right Sir,
Most of the husband & wife use it as shiled to get success in maintenance cases.If they really want to live together there is no need to file this petition. In some cases due to misunderstading between then,they apporched to the court.

Restitution of conjugal rights only delays the divorce thats it. It has lost its significance nowadys. No couple will compromise once the case comes before the court.
