Wife has filed for RCR. If there is order for restitution can she come and sit in my house even though i do not wish to continue my married life? If yes, how to get out of such situation.
If i do not take her back for one year after RCR order, can she file any criminal case or contempt case against me or bring police to take me to her?.
If one year is lapsed after RCR order and there is on reunion, can wife ask for attachment of my properties and accounts?

She can file DV and other cases even if you take her back.
