I have a query if any one could help please.
I got married in April 2012 and my wife has a HUDA plot in her name acquired by Power of Attorney 6 years back. The amount paid for plot was borne by my wife and by none of her parents.
Now that the marriage is done, the property and its papers should be with my wife but her mother is refusing to hand over the same.
My wife has asked several times but in vain - she is a doubtful of some foul play by her mother and has always been humiliated and asked to leave.
Sir please suggest if there can be complications.
