Return of article case dismissed

Hi All

Friday, i came to know that 16/11/11 court has dismissed case of my wife's return of article (we submitted gifts, gold etc in police station). I has applied for affidavit (which my wife has submitted in court) and judgement copy of that on friday. my wife has appealed in session court now for return of article. can any one help me how can i take advantage of that that affidavit and judgement copy in my 498a and DV case.

Do you mean the gifts that you submitted in police station she had filed a case for recovery from police of the items you already surrendered?

Whats about the issue that she wanted to be back are you considering?

Yes (gifts tht i submitted in PS) court has dismissed her application (i dont know on wht ground court dismissed but i applied of her affidavite and judgment copy). Now she has aaplied in session court.

I DO NOT KNOW HOW COME PEOPLE SUDDENLY BECOME SO WISE AND JUDGES IN THEIR OWN CAUSE. THOUGH MATRIMONIAL PROPERTY OF HINDUS IS GOVERNED BY SECTION 27 OF THE HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, READ WITH S 151 C.P.C., I DO NOT KNOW WHY PEOPLE APPROACH POLICE WHO HAS NO POWER TO RECORD RETURN. FILE A HINDU MARRIAGE PETITION. JUDGE OF FAMILY COURT WILL DECIDE THE FATE OF PROPERTY ACQUIRED DURING MATRIMONY.
