Reunion

Experts,

Need your help.

My filed divorce and later my wife filed DV and 498a cases. Now during the divorce case counselling she is looking for reunion.

I have told the counsellor that there is no chance of reunion and the case is moved to court now. My wife and my in laws are planning to my come for reunion.

Already once they came and they started speaking ill about me and my family, Now they have plans again to do the same and if im not looking for reunion, they are planning to file false cases, saying while they came for talk i bet them and spoke ill about them, etc.

How can i avoid, I really dont want them to come to my home. Already i lost respect because of her. Any help would be really great.

Thanks,

Again, one more victim

Yeah once cases are filed a reunion is not possible . First tell them politely in case they dont listen call the police or go and file a FIR saying that they are harassing you and convey to the cops that cases are already going on in the court or file an urgency application in the court that there is a threat to your life from your inlaws and they are constantly harrassing and threatening you by visiting your place rest would take care of this .

by any elderly person an mediate between both the parties and then if terms are harassing then go for filling the urgency application

because if they want reunion then court also will give you an option for talks

Keep the video recording phone handy..and start taking pictures..and start shooting video.. Everybody will vanish from the site ... :-)

Locking of house from outside/ inside would also help when you see them coming to your place.
