Dear Sir, I have filed a suit for declaration and perpetual Injunction in the CJJD court, Pune, Maharashtra, in which I had filed an application for status quo, My application was rejected so whether I can file a review application against the order of the CJJD court? I will be much obliged if you answer my query.

Instead of filing review, it is better you file an appeal as contemplated under order 43 Rule (1) (r) of Civil Procedure Code.
