Revision petition hot dismissed

Hello experts, I would like to know can I apply for maintenance revision again once it got dismissed by CBI court and family court has passed the interim maintenance. What if I don't pay maintenance along with arears within time period ordered by court. Will it have any impact on my final order of DV case and divorce d case filled by me.

If you willfully not comply the courts order to pay maintenance and arears then court will take action u/s 125(3) crpc and issue a warrant against you and you will be prosecuted for atleast one month .
