After going through your advises, I have filed for MCD with 3L compensation on 9th Jul 12.
I am so much hurt that I would like to inform the judge on the final day that I was threatened by sec 498a to sign for divorce. Do you experts think it is a meaningful act in present world of courts.

If u give such statements, court may not award final decree of devorce as it would not be a mutual consented devorce.
