Right of adopted child

Father Died. 

After that mother & her 3 girl children did the partition of father's property (divided in 4 parts).

After that mother adopted a major son.

Mother died without coveying willdeed.

1) Can Girl children demand partition of mother's property (4parts - 3 for themselves & 4th for adopted child)

2) Can adopted son demand repartion of fathers property & claim right in entire proerty. 

plz note girls have already sold immovable property wested to them during property partion after father's death.

if the adoption is valid then every children of their mother died intestate without will  are eligible for share

here they can hav a share in mothers propery and

already partioned property before adoption cannot be divided
