my mother got property from his grand mother throught regsister Will on 1963 in that two properties mentioned in Will .One property was favour my mother another property favour to his cusine brother. my mother was sell property on 2007 . i got one share and my uncle also got share. Now my Uncle sell the property on 2000 but he not give the any share to me as well as mother.
Can file suit against my uncle for my share any legal ground is there let me know.
