Right of grand child over grand parents property

Hi!,

my paternal grand mother has through a will partitiioned her property to her three sons.  one of them want to sell the property now.  We, grandchildren can restrain him from selling the property?

no, u cannot contest or restrain.

The property was not acquired through ancestral rights but through a will so it becomes an absoluted property of the owner hence it cannot be restrained.
