IF neighboring Tree branches are "encroaching" into your land /compound (which can be declared as Nuisance /Trespass /Intimidation /Encroachment) THEN you are legally entitled to restrict /restrain the same by Trimming /Removing the branches or fruits that overhang into your land /compound. There is no legal infirmity or offence in this.
2. However to maintain neighborhood harmony, the neighbor may be requested to do Trimming /Removing the branches or fruits that overhang into your land /compound.
