Dear sir,
As my grandfather is having four childrens 2 daughter and 2 sons.my grand father is self own property and is died 2 years back. I am the son of elder daughter of my grand father.I want to know what is the right on the property.

If your mother is alive then, you do not have any share in the property during her lifetime.

Your mother is entitled to 1/4th share in your grandfather's share in the property, in the absence of your mother, her share of property will be divided and shared equally among all her legal heirs.
