Rights to go our field in distribution of inherited property

My mother inherited an agricultural property from her parents But my grandfather's first cousin brother blocked the route to go to the field by building a wall saying there is no way to go to our field from his field. But the route we take is something that we have been using for more than 100 years but there aren't any proper documents. What should we do?

Check the map of that area. Is there any road to you area?

If no then you have to asked them road by mutual consent.

If they are not willing to give you then 1st you have to converted the said land for the purpose of house. Thereafter ask to the Govt. to give you the road to you house. if still you have not get the road then you have to file a writ and ask to court to direct the govt. to give the road to your house.
