I live in village.
My gram panchayat had used a contractor to build roads in my neighborhood.
As per board next to road it is said to have cost Rs. 4.80 lakh but when I accessed egramswaraj app I found only Rs 1.90 approved by central finance commission.
The link between my house to road is not built.
To whom do I complain?
Do I use RTI? Addressed to whom?
