We are a company based in Noida and are not registered for VAT as its not applicable to us. But we buy equipment like PC/Laptops etc from Vendors in Delhi and other parts of India. Every time we purchase something we need to apply for Road permit - Form 38, through an Agent. The process takes 1-2 days even for purchase of even 1 PC/laptop.
We cannot generate online as we do not have TIN, is there a way out where we can generate this form online like users who have TIN.
We dont want to register for VAT- TIN as we do not fall in the ambit of the same.
Help will be much appreciated.
