It will be compensated.  Otherwise, you file a suit in court by consulting a local lawyer.

Govt must have given adequate time by publishing such notification of acquisition and also issued notices to the concerned owners and in all probability, this is not a sudden step, as acquiring is a big process.   Unless such notices are given and compensation is paid or deposited with Revenue officials, designated authority, Govt can not acquire the land.  Certainly, you are not alone the loser and there may be many.  Consult local advocate for further remedy.

Until there is a notice issued by the competent authority notifying the land to be acquired for this purpose, they cannot acquire yor land for road widening or anything.

if they still go ahead wit their plans, you may file a suit for permanent injunction restraining them from acquiring your land without making proper compensation as per provisions of law.

Hello, thank you for the response.
We went to blro Office they said there might have been some discrepancy however they can't be sure because all the local official who measured said it was ok but they since SDO and BDO were the authority they finalized it. So we went to the Sdo but he said it was pwd's area and didn't listen to us anything we said ans instructed as to write to Blro's office if we had issues. So we went to Blro and he agreed to remeasure. Next day they came and remeasured (previously the came into our area 8ft but according to the new measurement it is 2ft)we don't have a problem with that but now some local neta's are saying in market that at time of demolition they will demolish the previous marked point and that we have bribe the official.
p. s - we didn't received any kind of documents in written
