I see the pattern. Second appeals are kept pending for months and then picked at random..its the same practice that LDC/UDCs are apt at the govt offices down to Patwaries. There is no difference. We need to reshuffle ICs , their portfolios, the Dy Registrars and those LDC/UDCs at the fresh DAK. They have lived their utility. Is the present incumbent listening?

Will some good people in this forum take notice and agitate till ICs are resuffled being over due, the DY Registrars are either posted out on demotion or hooted out of service or simpley asked to leave never to return?
