Rti for getting copy of 498a complaint at caw

Please advise as my wife filed complaint against me in Grg,i was called in PS beaten and later called thrice in W CELL.Then for long no response.Later i filed RCR with all the inputs happened till marriage.

Then now i am recving calls from UP police that my wife had filed P complint for DV and Dowry.I am ignoring them as i am afraid i will agin beaten up and my family harrassed.

My friend advised me to get copy of P comlaint filed in grg but i came to now that there is no comp. in PS.

Question-How can i get the copy of the same police complaint as i had seen that in W CELL.

My wife filed complaint against me for DV and 498a in gurgaon police station.I was called and beaten and then was called thrice in W CELL in Nov.Now i am getting calls from UP police that my wife had filed a DV and dowry case against me.I am afraid to go there now.

I had read the complaint written by my wife in gurgaon,but i had came to know that such complaint does not exist in gurgaon.

HOW CAN I GET THE COPY OF COMLPAINT THROUGH RTI.

Where  should  i file rti gugaon police and what should be the format and procedure as iam new to 489a

My wife had snatched my daughter and not letting mme meet her being a patient of rarest of the rare disease.

That complaint can be tool for me to screw them as i had proofs of their lies.

Pls help me and my daughter.
