Rti in mcd (councillors)

Dear Legal Experts, 

I want to file an RTI against MCD (Councillor) Delhi. Kindly help me the range and type of questions i should ask. My target is to spreadout the information after RTI between all the commen men, residents of the wards and the corrouption of the MCD councillors . Kindly help me to the relevant questions which have more weightage and MCD feel fear during put up the answers.
