I had filed an RTI in circle office of Jharkhand seeking certified copy of Mutation application and all enclosures and office note.That mutation is pending since 18 months.we have objected the mutation.But CO of the revenue circle has not responded the RTI application after lapse of 32 days.Please guide as to what to do next.how and where to file first appeal
You can approach state information commissioner for the same but before approaching there must be superior authority whom you can approach and at kast to state and then central. There is a provision of penalty to concern for any delay beyond 30 days a fine of rs.250/-per day maximum rs.25000/- to that department .
