i am currently working as engg. in a company & i have given the regination 07/06/2010, before that i got confirmation letter dated 26/05/2010, which stated that i am a regular employee of the company from 01/05/2010. will i be considered as regular employee or not & what are the benifits that i will be getting. & what is the govt. rule for bonus will i be getting bonus or not?
