Sir,
I have following query. Ours is a small building of ground plus 2 floors, consisting 6 flats and 9 members. 3 members are overseas, five living in this building.
The sixth member have been running office on the second floor without the permission of society. Is there any thing in bye laws that an action can be taken aginst him?
He has kept his external unit of airconditioners in the terrace without the permission of the society?
What quick action can we take on both of these violation?
