I wish to clarify the legal status of RWA (Resident Welfare Association) in terms of creating laws & byelaws. If there is apex body, can RWA at local level create laws & bye laws at their level.
This is regardig Army welfare housing organization as apex body which initiates housing projects & then hands over to RWA & get out of it.
What is the minimum strength of voters required in an election?
Can a person ( armed forces personel ) who purchases dwelling unit a second alottee be barred from casting vote in the election?
