I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Here are some steps you can take:

1. **File a Police Complaint**: Report the fraud to the local police station. Provide all the evidence you have, including receipts, agreements, and any communication with the individuals involved.

2. **Consult a Lawyer**: Engage a legal expert who specializes in property fraud cases. They can guide you on the best course of action and help you file a case in court.

3. **Consumer Court**: File a complaint in the consumer court for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. This can help you seek compensation for the losses incurred.

4. **Civil Suit**: File a civil suit for the recovery of the amount paid and for the cancellation of the fraudulent agreements.

5. **Public Notice**: Issue a public notice in local newspapers to alert others about the fraud and to prevent further transactions on the disputed land.

Taking these steps can help you address the fraud and work towards recovering your investment. Consulting a legal expert for personalized advice is highly recommended.
