Have you been issued appointment letter, I. Card? What is your designation? Are you still under probation period? Did the company issue any notice for absconding?

Company is under obligation to supply you the payment of your earned wages, in time. What is the mode of disbursement e.g bank transfer, cheque/DD etc. and what is the usual date of disbursement? Does the company issue salary slip?

Have you complained for non payment of salary in writing? Has the company replied in writing? Are you alone or other employees are also not paid since June? What is the reason for non payment of salary?

Have you been marking your attendance?

Did you apply for leave? Since how long you are not attending office? Has the company supplied any letter also subsequent tot heir email?

Candidates crave for jobs with public limited companies. If there is still a scope you may settle the matter with HR and retain your employment. Even if the conduct of company is bad, one should not act in haste and rather be smart and seek advice from elders in the family, competent and experienced well wishers, lawyer/law firm, union if any, than acting in haste. You should have not stopped going to office on your own.

However if conduct of company is bad, you are within your rights to lodge a complaint with local o/o labor commissioner/wage inspector. If there are other employees, all of you can join hands and move together.

How    many   days   or   months............an   employee   can    work    satisfactorily   without   his   legitimate   salary??    It   is   very   difficult   to   mantain   a   family   without   salary.  Consult    a   Good   Service   Lawyer   &   file    a   legal   Notice   to   the   Authority.    If    No   solution.....Prosecute   him    the    Court   of   Law.   &   penalise   him.
